We help clients develop amazing product-centered delivery teams.

We can help you to unlock opportunity by building a human-centered collaborative work environment.

Our consultants know collaboration is the essence of any project. It’s a simple philosophy we have followed for more than two decades. And it delivers results.

About Us
Our Offerings

People make great agile organizations, not approaches, methodologies or tools. Our ecosystem of offerings is a flexible matrix of practices that connect with and complement each other. By working with you we will help guide you on your journey towards business agility. It is not a prescribed list of services, products and “must do’s” that you have to have to complete your journey.

Consulting

Our consulting practice is focused on helping our clients work through big ideas that seem to be impossible. We succeed by being agile in everything we do and lead by example not by “teaching” academic theory.

Coaching

Our coaching approach is modelled on servant leadership. We listen and pose questions to encourage collaboration to seek a path to reaching an outcome. We use our experience to support and guide your people to be part of an agile business.

Training

Our training philosophy is to provide people with practical skills to be effective agile practitioners wherever they sit in an organization. We do not provide certifications and therefore have the flexibility to tailor training to your needs and not those of a certifying body.

Community

At the Product Owner Workshop we value the exchange of ideas to develop and deliver working products faster. The Product Owner is a central role to success in delivering business value.

Our Portfolio

Our consultants have had the opportunity to contribute to many interesting, challenging and bleeding edge initiatives during their careers. Here is a curated selection.

Could be that someone moved on, could be the project is behind schedule and some adjustments are needed, could be there is a specific challenge, and some outside expertise and perspective is needed.

Do you have an elevator speech?

You could be at an event, in an elevator, being introduced to a new team, or any other situation where the question “What do you do”” could be asked. How do you answer?
